Danone is one of the world’s largest food companies with over 100,000 employees around the world and operates in more than 130 countries. We were initially asked to create an identity for Danone’s new Inclusive Diversity Programme. The initiative focuses on three priorities at global level: inclusive behaviours, gender balance and diversifying cultures & nationalities. The audience is the global employees at all levels – from senior management to the factory floor.

The eye-catching identity was designed to be relevant to every employee, whether they’re in Africa or Europe. It has a flexible style with interchangeable portraits that accompany the identity on associated printed and digital materials. We also created brand guidelines and templates to ensure the new identity is used consistently as it is rolled out.
