Internal communications

The Health Foundation (THF) is an independent charity working to improve the quality of healthcare in the UK. They support people working in healthcare practice and policy to make lasting improvements to health services. We have worked with them on various projects since 2015 including their Policy Navigator and Alumni programmes.

In late 2017 we were tasked with creating a unique brand identity for all internal communication materials throughout the organisation. We produced a key identifying stamp that replaces the normal corporate logo and provides a platform for staff to take ownership of they communicate with one another. A key aspect of the look and feel is the specially-commissioned and art-directed range of illustrations to introduce more humour and personality, which reflects the nature of the people who work there. The identity has been rolled out across various print and digital touch points.
